Adeyinka Falade is the Chief Executive Officer of FSL Insurance Insurance Brokers. Before joining FSL, he was the Managing Director and CEO of Atiat Brokers. With over 20 years of continuous experience in the insurance sector, he has demonstrated expertise in Insurance Broking, General Insurance, and Life Insurance. Adeyinka is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (ACIIN) and the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (ACIB). He possesses extensive experience in leadership, talent management, strategy, business development, and bancassurance.

Adeyinka holds an MSc in Business Administration (Strategic Management) from Babcock University, an MBA from Lagos State University, and a Diploma in Insurance and Investment Management from the University of Lagos. He is also a certified Bancassurance professional and an Associate Member of both the Nigerian Institute of Management (AMNIM) and the Institute of Science & Technology (ANIST). Currently, he is pursuing a doctorate in Business Administration at Babcock University.

He has enriched his knowledge by attending various courses and workshops, including executive programs at Lagos Business School and Euromoney Training in London. Adeyinka began his career as a founding staff member of Capital Express Limited (Insurance and Investment) and has since held significant roles at Fortune Assurance Limited, Cornerstone Insurance, and Coronation. At these companies, he notably increased bancassurance revenue and led key departments, including the public sector, commercial, and government SBU. He later led the sales team at Metropolitan Life Insurance and managed the corporate sales team at Tangerine Life, successfully maintaining growth and renewal income targets during the COVID-19 pandemic.
